Got up early and did my training:

Walking Dog - 48.31 minutes, 2.1 miles 703ft climbed

Circuits - 20 x squats
- 20 x pressups
- 20 x step ups
- 20 x crunches
- 20 x lunges
- 20 x back extensions
- 20 x calf raises

Weigh in wasnt too good:

93.3Kgs
