I then went to the court and shot my hoops. I is starting to get a bit colder so it took me a while to loosen up my shooting arm. I only managed to make 120 out of the 200 shots before my arm got too tired and my ankle was too sore to shoot any more.
I am going to have to slow build up to the 200 made shots over the next month!! I am going to do 120 makes thos week, next week I will make 130 the next week 140.... until I am making the 200 shots:
My shooting today was piss poor! I made only 61.5% of my freethows however if you take off the first set which was really bad I made 73% which isn´t so bad.
Over all I made 56% of my shots which isn´t too bad and I have started to get into a rhythm and I also know when a shot will go in and when it has missed as soon as it has left my hand which is a good sign that the training is working.

Had training tonight and we had game simulation for 2 hours where the first unit went against the second unit for 2 hours. I shot much better from the areas that I trained in the morning and from the freethrow line as well.however I was 2 for 8 from 3 points although the missed shots were all in and outs execpt on which missed to the left.
