Well Rested - 23/04/15

Haven´t trained since 15/04/15 (7 days!!!) my sore back has gone away completely now.

Shot a bit better today it took 40 minutes and 139 shots to make the 100 shots for 72%.

The new technique is definately working and my shot is getting much straighter.

This evening I played 3 v 3 at the Uni for 2 hours which was really good. I am getting much more mobile andmy lateral movement is coming back. My shooting how ever was really poor during the game but great in warmup and when shooting when we were waiting to play.

I am going to look at making my training more game specific starting next week and cut down a bit on the free throws.
