11/09/15 - No training today!
It was raining in the morning and I worked from 7am until midnight so didn't have time to train today.
Weigh in was worse again today:
93.6kgs and 29.1% bodyfat. Drank 3 cups of coke today too! Weight up 0.5kgs from Yesterday.
