This morning I managed to get my fat arse out of bed to take the dog for a walk. Walked 1.4kms in 33 minutes and climbed 472ft.
The walk wasn´t too bad and I am feeling much better for it. I have been re-thinking my training again and I think I would be better off walking every day to loose weight instead of starting the jump training.
I am thinking that once my weight drops to 85kgs (it is 96kgs now) I will start the jump training, for now I am setting the goal of walking the dog every morning before I go to shoot hoops to try and shift extra weight and also to get to the court warmed up.
